Bermuda has beautiful pink sand beaches, the pink due to the remains of an organism known as the red foam.

Achilles Bay Beach
A heel-like shape gives it's name, just northeast right next to Fort St. Catherine, on Bermuda's northern coast and close to the Town of St. George, so you can explore the town after your visit to the beach.

Clearwater Beach
Clearwater Beach and Park off St. David's Island is a man-made beach created when the airport land was reclaimed. A popular area for cycling and rollerblading.

Church Bay
Good for snorkelling and located in Southampton Parish.

Horseshoe Bay
Horseshoe Beach in Southampton is popular. and has bathroom facilities, beach rentals, and activities. Lifeguards are on duty in the summer. The horseshoe shaped beach is bordered by craggy cliffs and often seen on pictures of Bermuda . Just off the beach are reefs good for snorkellers.

John Smith's Bay
A quiet very pink beach and a good place to see parrot fish.

Other popular beaches include:
Elbow Beach; Coral Beach; St. Catherine's Beach; John Smith's Beach; Shelley Bay; Chaplin Bay and Stonehole Bay.
